Taurus 300 (2010)

This machine currently has 2 x Formats that suit a 9 x 7 Tray and a 11 x 7 Tray (Progressive Trays) and the dies are a mixed die so can do both Skin and Map. 

The problem is the dies that come with the machine are not suitable for the Tray sizes you are currently using so we would need to supply new dies for the machine to suit your trays. The best way of doing this is to supply 1 x new Die for your MPK small Skin Tray (125 x 170) and 1 x new Die that would work on either our machine or your current machine for the MFB big MAP Tray (190 x 295)

This machine will run at around 4-5 cycles/min using MAP. If using Skin it would be around 2-3 cycles/min.

This machine has a new 100 m3/hr standard Busch Vacuum Pump, a new control screen, new MAP equipment and is capable of both Skin and MAP. The machine also has an extended infeed and a Tray feeding device at the start of the infeed so trays can be automatically fed onto this if required in the future.
